Standard Vendor Application – Fashion Square Auto Expo 2025

Join us at the First Annual Fashion Square Auto Expo as a vendor and get your products or services in front of hundreds of local attendees! This is a perfect opportunity for small businesses, food vendors, service providers, and automotive brands to connect with the community at one of the biggest local events of the year.
💰 Registration Fee: $35 (only due after your application is approved)
Submit your vendor application first.
If approved, you will receive an email confirmation along with the password for the “Approved Vendor” Page and payment instructions.
Your spot is only secured once payment is completed.

A reserved vendor space at the event
Access to a high-traffic location near show cars and foot traffic
Free event parking

📌 Location: Fashion Square Mall, Saginaw, MI
🕙 Set-Up Begins: 8:30 A.M. | Event Opens to Public: 10 A.M.
⚠️ Important Vendor Policies:
No business-type exclusivity is guaranteed for standard vendors. Multiple vendors from similar industries may be accepted unless a VIP vendor from your category is already registered. If a conflict arises, your registration will be refunded promptly.
All vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and power supply if needed. No electricity is provided for standard vendor spaces.
Liability Disclaimer: Fashion Square Auto Expo 2025, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during the event. Vendors are solely responsible for securing and monitoring their merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings. By participating in the event, vendors acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their property and release Fashion Square Auto Expo 2025 from any liability.
